It is a truly awful day today in Denver, with the temperature around twenty degrees and on its way below zero. The windchill is already there and by tomorrow we may have windchills of twenty to thirty below zero. The weather service said to expect freezing drizzle right now, though it's more like small icy snow, I'd say. And to think, it was 65 on Saturday.
It's a pretty warm morning, with the temperature near forty already. There's some wind to deal with though, at least downtown. It's supposed to he near sixty today which will be nice.
Yesterday wasn't as warm as I had expected, and in fact a brief snow shower blew through and gave us a dusting of snow. This morning it's right around freezing and there are a few stray snowflakes falling.
It's a beautiful morning with brilliant sunlight reflecting off of fresh mountain snows. It's not even twenty degrees yet, but it's supposed to get to about fifty today.

It's much warmer this morning, already above freezing and with much less wind. Much of the snow melted yesterday and the rest ought to melt today with temperatures near fifty. Today's picture shows the clouds over the mountains lit in pink with the setting moon.
We didn't even get an inch of snow, but it's very pretty, especially the fresh coat on the mountains. But it's very cold since it was clear all night, and at least on my walk to the train it was quite breezy, which made it that much colder.
It's cooler this morning, a bit below freezing and somewhat humid. Allegedly we're going to get a tiny bit of snow later, so we'll see if that happens.
It's a warm and windy morning, and in fact a short rain shower blew through earlier. The warm wind is doing a great job of melting the snow, though.
Yesterday was very warm, and that's held over to this morning a bit. Hopefully it warms up again today to melt some of this dirty snow.
It's much wamer this morning than it's been in quite a while, with highs of 12 and 13 on Monday and Tuesday. It should be in the low fifties today, and I think it's already over freezing, though rather breezy.

Another cold morning, a bit colder than yesterday, in fact. Tomorrow morning should be cold as well, but then start warming up at least a bit.
It's a pretty cold morning, only single digits, and it won't get much warmer, particularly since the clouds are clearing. It snowed much of yesterday, so the roads are snowpacked. Tomorrow looks even colder, and at this time the next two mornings it likely will be below zero.
Yesterday was quite warm and a lot of the snow melted. Today should be even warmer and melt most of the rest, I suspect.
It's a nice enough morning for January, relatively warm, though a bit breezy. Should be warm tomorrow as well, though it's going to get quite cold over the weekend and into next week.
Snow finally fell on Thursday, ruining the chances for a record dry second half of 2010. Since then it's been pretty cold including below zero on New Year's Eve. And this morning is pretty brisk as well.
